Our Flight School was the launch customer for two (2) NEW, 2017 Cessna 172 JTA aircraft which sold from the Cessna factory with the Continental CD-155 installed. Aircraft were sold to two (2) Universities, one for the purpose of their A&P school conducting a Lycoming conversion on the aircraft. My school retained the CD-155 and sent to Continental in 2021 to comply with a serious Service Bulletin that address problems with the engine. This engine is now FOR SALE and is in excellent shape, in airworthy condition and with many accessories included in the $40,000 US Dollar cost.
