First year Bonanza, 819th ever built, and is in pristine condition! Super low time airframe and engine. Always hangared, pampered and meticulously maintained. All AD’s and SB’s complied with. Many, many airframe modifications. No corrosion. 40K panel and avionics upgraded November 2022! Paint 9.5/10. Interior 9/10. Bruce’s custom cover. All glass exceptional. Turn-key and ready for a new caretaker! Only had one incident (not gear up) in April 1948. Repaired at the Beechcraft factory.
