Many hours have been spent to put this aircraft into the quality condition it is in,
The engines only have 34 hours SMOH, by the most respected Lycoming 480 engine overhaul shop in the US, Columbia Aircraft. This shop has overhauled this engine type more than any shop in the world. The engines have a TBO of 1,400 hours, This pair of engines are very smooth running engines you would think you were in a Turbo Prop. There are plenty of worry-free hours to be spent in the air.
It has the fuel tank nozzle restrictors to prevent the inexperienced lineman from putting Jet-A in the fuel tanks.
It comes with a completely new instrument panel, featuring new Garmin Com, GPS, ILS, ADSB, Traffic, Voice Command, HIS and Touch Screen.
Engine instruments are the new Electronic International CGR30P’s which gives you CHT, EGT, MP, RPM, Volts, AMPS, Fuel Flow, Fuel Pressure, Oil Pressure and temperature, Fuel Quantity and Fuel Remaining and a Visual Alert when any of the limits are exceeded.
The autopilot is a top of the line S-TEC 55 With Control Wheel Steering, Tracking for GPS, VOR and ILS. Altitude Controller for Climb Rate, Hold and Intercept, with Audio Alert. It also has an annunciator panel.
The 1960 H50 Model was the first year with a factory airstair door and automatic engine intake air, switching from filtered air on the ground and when the gear comes up it automatically switches to ram air, which gives you an additional 3 inches of manifold pressure.
