Personally owned and flown airplane. Low time airframe flies great. Sparrow Hawk STC brings the horsepower up to 125 BHP which really helps the climb. I throttle back to 2400 RPM and cruise at 100KIAS/110KTAS at 6.0gph. Couple of photos show the cruise climb at 80kias and another shows me up at 12000'. This 152 is no slouch. The airplane has received a lot TLC since I purchased it. Fresh annual October 2020. Everything looks and runs great, compression all in the high 70s. New and relatively new bits include: carb, spark plugs and wires, heading indicator, airspeed indicator, turn coordinator, alternator and battery, halon fire extinguisher. ADSB in/out Lynx NGT-9000 transponder, Garmin G430 GPS/NAV/COM, Garmin GTR-225 COM, PMA-7000 audio panel. I've spent a lot of money upgrading the airplane but due to KAPA regulations and my lack of interest in flight instructing full time at the moment, I've got to let it go. Feel free to ask any questions and if you're in the Denver area, I'm happy to take you on a demo flight. The airplane does fly regularly to keep things working so the times will go up slightly if it doesn't sell promptly. Currently the logbooks show as of October 17, 2020 when it received it's annual: Airframe TT: 4278.5, Hobbs: 928.0, Lycoming O-235-L2C(M) TT: 1565.8, Sensenich 72CK-S6-0-54 TT: 1565.8. These are Denver times so still another 1500 hours on the motor as we don't make full rated takeoff power due to the thin air and the prop is in great shape too. More photos coming. Thanks for your interest, any questions please ask. I'm MORE THAN HAPPY to ferry the airplane anywhere in the lower 48 free of charge for my time. So a few hundred buck in 100LL gets it to you. I say again... I'd love to do it, so don't hesitate to use me for that!
I had the following installed at time of purchase (see photos): PMA 7000 Audio Panel, Garmin 430, GTR-225 Comm (the monitor mode makes it like almost like having two radios in one!), Lynx ADSB In/Out transponder with traffic and radar displays will also connect to your iPad or smart device to display traffic.
Nice paint in great shape. Airplane flies perfectly. Plastics are in great shape as well, one of my favorite features about this airplane.
