The NTSB engaged in over nine criminal acts regarding the 2019 Hawaii accident. Such acts as falsifying the accident report, deliberate omission of facts, witness tampering, breaking and entering into a private hanger, tampering with a aircraft, violation of 4th amendment, no due process, three criminal misdemeanors under the Privacy Act of 1974, hacking into a private email account and deleting emails without a warrant, and malicious prosecution. This case is being filed with DoT IG office.
